Lisa Wolfe Design - Fees

Lisa Wolfe Design presents each Client with a Design Fee proposal based on the scope of the project.

• $95/hour for projects that present a blank slate (i.e., renovating an entire space from beginning to end)
• $125/hour for projects that require a more piecemeal approach (i.e., pulling together a room that is halfway there, finishing touches throughou, consulting only)
• LWD's assistant is billed at $60/hour
• Drive time and Client meetings are billed at the same hourly rate. Drive time is only charged if round trip to/from destination is more than 45 minutes
• Markups are minimal. LWD charges a small markup on custom pieces only - we try to ensure that Client's final price is what theywould have paid if they had executed on thier own. We pass on 100% of trade discouns on all other materials purchased which translates to savings of 10% to 79% off retail prices.
